Villa Crisanta offers a variety of six venues and settings that will suit any event from weddings to children’s parties and even corporate events.

The Pavilion (Capacity 150-400)

Villa Crisanta’s Pavilion with its opulent façade, high ceiling, and grand staircase is a unique setting for wedding receptions, debuts, special anniversaries & reunions.

The rate includes free use of the garden and lanai for cocktails.

The Poolside Garden (Capacity of 150 – 300)

For your special outdoor engagements whether it be children’s parties or company outings, we recommend Villa Crisanta’s Poolside Garden where your guests can swim and play amidst the lovely garden setting. The rate includes free use of the swimming pool and nipa huts.

The Garden by the pond (Capacity of 150 – 300)

With a lotus pond and a quaint bridgeway, the Garden by the Pond is perfect for intimate weddings and picnic parties.  Your guests will marvel at the extraordinary flowers, romantic trellises, and meditation huts.

The Cabana Garden (Capacity of 100 – 150)

The Cabana Garden is the right venue for small, more intimate parties where your guests can lounge and relax in the natural beauty of the resort.

The Formal Dining Hall (Capacity of 12 – 24)

The formal dining hall is a well-appointed area where you can hold your company meetings and seminars.  A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use.

Corkage Policy
Villa Crisanta allows professional caterers to service events. However, drinks must be ordered in advance from the resort otherwise minimal corkage fees are applied:

Extras

• P100 per person in excess of 300 people
• P5,000 per hour in excess of 6 hours for the venue
• P10,000 for the use of electricity to power mobile/ disco/spotlights
• Additional suite rooms, P7,000 per night good for 6 pax per room.
• Karaoke, Multimedia projectors are also available

The fine print

The resort does not yet have any restaurant facility however guests may bring food and use the cooking facilities such as the kitchen and barbecue pits.

A non-refundable fee of 30% is required to reserve the date and venue for you.

50% Down payment is required on the total guaranteed cost upon contract signing one month before the event

Full payment (cash or manager’s check) is to be paid at least one week before the event.

Set up time allowed before the event is three hours. Villa Crisanta does not permit any kind of carpentry, painting or floral perparation work within its function rooms or ballroom. Stages, backdrops or floral arrangements shall be either pre-fabricated, delivered and only assembled in our function rooms or prepared in the resort’s designated preparation and carpentry areas. Any damaged caused to the resort’s interior, furniture or equipment will be subject to applicable charges.
